Return and Refund Policy

At Naveen Publications, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in excellent condition. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines applicable to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return of an eligible product within 4 days from the date of receipt of the item. To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying materials.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of initiating the return request.

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:

• Books that show visible signs of use, such as markings, highlighting, folded pages, or wear and tear.
• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
• Items returned after the expiry of the four-day return period from the date of delivery.
• Sale or discounted items, unless the item received is defective.
• Products purchased under the gift category.

Such items will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received by us and inspected, you will be notified via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time, depending on your bank or payment service provider’s processing timelines.

Please note that processing times may vary between banks and credit card companies. If you have not received your refund after confirmation from our end, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us for further assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is defective. If you believe you have received a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at lawbooks@gmail.com before sending the item back.

The defective product must be shipped to the following address: Naveen Publications, Shop No. 5, Ground Floor, Hanuman Building, 308 Perin Nariman Street, Opp. RBI, Fort, Mumbai – 400001

Exchanges will be processed only after inspection and confirmation of the defect.

Shipping

To return a product, customers are required to ship the item to the address mentioned above. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items valued over ₹100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Naveen Publications cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not sent via a trackable or insured shipping method.
